ERMANNO BALZI offers a complete range of tools and devices designed for the production of moulds' cooling and conditioning circuits, featured by a peculiar fixing system which helps save time in assembly and processing procedures, together with a dramatic simplification of maintenance operations.

2) ACCESSORIES

This products range encompasses innovative solutions designed for mechanical parts and moulded products movement such as a compact system for 2 stages ejection, special needle valves, safe closing air valves, a cylindric guides modular system for sliders and sliding plates with integrated retainer.

3) MARKING DEVICES

 We deliver complete moulding solutions for recycling, date and traceability marking, aimed at reducing processing time and simplifying maintenance procedures.

4) EQUIPMENTS

 ERMANNO BALZI provides also a comprehensive range of tools to be used during the mould assembly procedure as well as during maintenance processes, such as: cooling circuit test units, hydraulic cylinder test units and mould cooling circuits anti-scale test units. In addition to that, our product range includes a special faceting machine, a device designed to operate automatically, quickly and repetitively on ejectors’ heads.
