In parallel bubbles are based on rapid plug and unplug technology that simplifies and speeds up the machining of seats with regard to assembly and disassembly procedures of mold cooling components. The design of the bubble allows in-parallel feeding of several cooling pipes, which keeps the temperature of the heat transfer medium stable. Thanks to the broad dimensional range you will find the standard solution that fits your application.
We advise using set F bubbles whenever the required tolerance (0/+0.1 mm) of the cooling channel is met and the surface quality is sufficient to guarantee the O-ring sealing.
