The plate locks devices DT were designed to guarantee high load capacity and to be applied into medium and large size tools. Internal application guarantees easy installation with only minimal machining on plates already requiring modification. The devices are suitable for both double ejection and 3-plate sequencing. In both cases the strokes can be set by adjusting the rod length and setting the fulcrum pin position.

The devices are suitable for double ejection sequencing where the ejector plates move keeping reciprocal distance for the first stroke and the second stroke is performed by the lower plate. The first stroke can be set by adjusting the rod length.
